St Bride's Church, EC4Y 8AU , [Venue Details]Anna McLachlan completed her Master’s at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, taught by Alison Wells. Whilst there, she participated in the ENO Mentor Scheme.
Anna recently made her debut with the National Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company. Recently, she performed the roles of Orfeo in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice at the Reform Club and Lelio in Viardot’s Le Dernier Sorcier with Gothic Opera. In 2018, Anna co-founded the opera company, Grassroots Opera, performing the role of Orfeo in Orfeo ed Euridice.
Rachel Neiger started learning the piano at the age of eight. At senior school she was awarded a prize for achieving the highest mark in Grade 8 in the history of the school. Rachel graduated with a music degree from Oxford Brookes University and completed her postgraduate Diploma at Trinity College of Music.
Whilst there, she won a scholarship onto the award-winning Mentor Scheme to study accompaniment with Susan Tomes and the Florestan Piano Trio. Since then, she has been in demand as a piano accompanist, performing a wide range of repertoire, specialising in vocal accompaniment.
